Dear Editor:
Sidewalks are needed on Amy Drive to Judy Street at Boulder Bluff Elementary School.
Right now, students have to walk on Amy Drive to get to and from school. The sidewalks are needed to run on Amy Drive from Judy Street, to Montague Plantation Road, to finish toward Stephanie Drive and beyond.
The kids’ safety should come first.
Also, the Goose Creek Police Department needs to be on hand to monitor this school traffic in the morning and afternoon. The BBE school cross guard can’t do it all.
