Two local squads have been voted among the top 10 by the coaches of their respective sports and classifications.
The Stratford boys cross country team enters the season ranked seventh in the Class AAAA poll. The Knights, coached by Shane Sutherland, will compete in the Eye-Opener in Spartanburg this weekend.
Hanahan’s volleyball team is currently ranked fourth in Class AA. The Lady Hawks, coached by Wendy Anderson, play Goose Creek and Stall at Stall on Wednesday before traveling to Stratford Thursday.
