A sampling of nefarious doings obtained from Goose Creek Police and Berkeley County Sheriff’s Office reports:

• A pizza delivery worker reported that while delivering pizzas to an apartment on Carolina Avenue, he was approached by an unknown male who asked if he was there to deliver to a certain address. The victim said yes and walked over to the subject; it was then he said he noticed the subject wearing a dark colored hoodie.

At that same time, he said, an unknown female came up and asked how much the pizza was. Then the male subject pulled a handgun and pointed it at the victim while the female subject emptied the victim’s pockets. The victim said both subjects then ran behind the building with his money, wallet, and pizza.

• A man who livers on Central Avenue reported that someone stole a trailer with lawnmowers worth about $1,200 from his residence. He said he last saw them Oct. 2 when he went into his home for the evening; his wife went out to her vehicle the next day to find the trailer missing. There is a lien on the missing items, but it was not known if the lien holder has repossessed them. The case is under investigation.

• A Goose Creek woman reported that she had opened a checking and savings account to help out a male acquaintance that is unable to open an account at this time. She said she had made an initial deposit of $100 and had allowed the man to use a debit card to make deposits and withdrawals. The bank recently called her and told her that someone had made several empty deposits on the bank account resulting in negative charges totaling about $3,000. She has been unable to get in touch with the man and wishes to pursue charges against the man. The case is under investigation.

• A Pembroke Drive man reported that he came home and discovered his front door – which was locked when he left the residence earlier that day – open. He said he found that his 42-inch flat screen TV and DVD player was missing; he said he suspects his ex-girlfriend took the items.

The victim said he and his ex had lived together at the residence until he evicted her in September.

A witness told officers he saw a green sedan appear at the victim’s residence and a woman with brown hair and a gray shirt and blue jeans jumped the victim’s fence and entered his back yard. The witness said he then saw the female leave through the front door with clothing she placed into the vehicle. The witness said the car and the woman were too far away to recognize, however, the victim did say his ex does drive that type of vehicle.

The case is under investigation.
