The bride-to-be graduated from Bishop England High School and Columbia College. She is employed by MeadWestvaco Corporation.
The groom-elect graduated from Berkeley Training High School and Trident Technical College. He is employed by MeadWestvaco Corporation.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Azailie F. Thompson of North Charleston, the late Mr. and Mrs. Roscoe J. Richardson, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Willie Thompson.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bunion Dickerson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Syrus Alston.
