The Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C., in cooperation with the Filipino Community Center Inc. in Charleston, has announced that it will conduct a Consular Outreach Mission.
The event is set for Aug. 2 from 9 a.m. to Noon, and 1 to 6 p.m., at Immaculate Conception Church (510 St. James Avenue in Goose Creek).
Services provided will include:
• Processing of applications for issuance or renewal of Philippine passport
• Processing of authentication/acknowledgment of legal documents
• Processing of applications for Reports of Births and Marriages
• Administration of oaths to former Filipinos under the Dual Citizenship Law on Aug. 2 at 1:30 p.m.
The application for Philippine passport is strictly by appointment only.
In order to expedite processing, applicants are advised to apply for an application slot by sending an e-mail to the Embassy at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Appointments will be automatically scheduled as they are received. No request for specific time slots will be entertained.
Those applicants who are not able to secure confirmed appointments will not be accommodated.
