Nick Daniels

Summerville Communications is pleased to announce that marketing consultant Nick Daniels has been promoted to advertising sales supervisor.

In his new role, Daniels will provide sales leadership, training and support to Summerville Communications’ team of marketing consultants, directly supervise the marketing assistant and continue to personally handle a small book of business.

“Nick’s promotion is well deserved as he has proven to be a top revenue producer, highly competitive and has a wealth of institutional knowledge. Additionally, he has demonstrated strong leadership skills as we have welcomed three new marketing consultants to our team,” said Steve Wagenlander, president and publisher of Summerville Communications.

Summerville Communications consists of the Summerville Journal Scene, Berkeley Independent and Goose Creek Gazette.

Daniels joined Summerville Communications in January 2013. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina Aiken, with a degree in communications, and is a Lowcountry native.

When he is not hard at work, Nick likes to spend his time outdoors. He grew up fishing, hunting and surfing. His favorite surf spot is The Washout, where you can find him year-round shredding some small, but fun waves.

When he is not in or on the water, he is spending time with family and friends around the Charleston area.
