Gators’ grapplers improve to 7-1

The Goose Creek Gators picked up a pair of wrestling victories on Thursday, Dec. 12 at GCHS. The Gators defeated North Charleston 69-9 and Berkeley 54-19.

The wins upped Goose Creek’s record to 7-1 this season heading into this weekend’s Cane Bay Duals.

The wins give Coach Leonard Covington 418 career victories. He recently moved up to No. 4 in state history for duals victories.
