Hanahan honoring veterans, military on Saturday

Rob Gantt/Gazette The City of Hanahan will honor the military and its veterans on Saturday at the new amphitheater overlooking the Goose Creek Reservoir.

The City of Hanahan will host the Red, White & Blue Fall Festival on Saturday from 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Admission to the event is free. The city will honor the country’s military and veterans at its new amphitheater, which overlooks the Goose Creek Reservoir. It will be held at 3100 Mabeline Drive behind Trident Technical College.

The festival will feature jump castles, face painting, hay rides, live music, crafters, food vendors and more.

Among the entertainment set to participate is Palmetto Storm, the Hanahan Middle School band, Charleston Community band and Michael Davis and 9 Iron.

Also, there will be a Veterans Day service at noon.
