One of Charleston’s most historic buildings has been taken over - by its exhibits. A mysterious force has animated some of the most notable historical figures of the Palmetto State. This family-themed nighttime event takes place Friday, Oct. 18 at the Old Exchange from 6 to 8 p.m. Cost is $10 for adults, and children ages 6-12 are $5, under 6 are free.
Visit with President George Washington, the infamous pirate Stede Bonnet, Revolutionary War heroine Rebecca Motte, Confederate defenders from 1865, Constitutional Convention delegates, World War II Coast Guard servicemen and many others.
A scavenger hunt will help guide visitors through the three floors of the Old Exchange, which will also provide clues to a special treasure.
