Kennedy Center seeks public input

  • Thursday, October 10, 2013

The Ernest E. Kennedy Center in Berkeley County is one of 17 sites in South Carolina that has received funds to reduce underage drinking through the statewide Community Action for a Safer Tomorrow (CAST) project.

Funding for CAST was awarded through a five-year grant from the federal Center for Substance Abuse Prevention.

The center needs the public’s involvement and input in this project.

Please complete an online community survey that will aid the center in its data collection process. The survey is confidential and will only take a few minutes to complete. In addition, participants can register to win a $50 Walmart gift card.

The survey can be found at www.surveymonkey.com/s/berkeleycountyunderage.

For information on CAST and coalition activities planned for Berkeley County, contact coordinator Leah Reason at (843) 797-7871, ext. 118.
