Jordan Wright, a 2011 graduate of Goose Creek High School and graphic design intern at Select Health of South Carolina, recently served as a featured reader at the Metanoia Children's Defense Fund Freedom School at Mary Ford Elementary in North Charleston. Wright, a junior at the Savannah College of Art and Design, personally authored, illustrated and read aloud a short story. The Freedom School is a six-week, literacy-based summer camp that helps students retain skills gained during the school year.
