Crawford

The Goose Creek Police Department is looking for a woman who used another person’s identity to pawn an iPad.
Teresa Dean “Deana” Crawford, 39, of Moncks Corner, is wanted for obtaining money by false pretenses and identity fraud, according to a statement released by GCPD on Tuesday morning.

For the exchange Crawford received $200 at the Money Man Pawn at 116 S. Goose Creek Blvd. in Goose Creek. Surveillance video shows Crawford pawning the iPad.
The pawn ticket for the iPad was signed with the victim’s name. After a comparison of this signature and the handwriting Crawford used on a previous transaction, it was determined there are similarities in the handwriting, according to the report.
An officer seized the iPad from Money Man Pawn due to its involvement in the fraudulent transaction.
The victim’s name Crawford was fraudulently using was also used at Gene’s Pawn Shop on June 22 for “assorted silver,” according to the report.
Crawford’s last known address is 1424 Dennis Blvd., Moncks Corner. Crawford has a tattoo on the right area of her neck that reads “DAVID” and a tattoo on her right upper arm that reads “RIP” in script.
Crawford is known to use other subjects’ identifications. If you know the location of this suspect, please contact the Goose Creek Police Department at 843-863-5200, or Crime Stoppers at 843-554-1111.
