Would you like to learn more about the nation’s Affordable Care Act (“Obamacare”)?
The Goose Creek Branch of the NAACP will be conducting an informational session on the ACA with guest speaker Dr. Bambi W. Gaddist, who currently serves as Executive Director of the South Carolina HIV/AIDS Council in Columbia.
Gaddist is a published author and consults with a host of national and local organizations including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, American Association of Health Education, National Association of STD Directors, and the SC Department of Health and Environmental Control, to name a few.
An opportunity will be provided for participants to pose their questions to Gaddist regarding the ACA.
The presentation will be at the Berkeley Electric Co-Op Building (Community Room), 2 Spring Hall Drive, Goose Creek (across from Westview Elementary School) beginning promptly at 7 p.m. on Monday, July 22.
All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
