The Berkeley County Sheriff's Office is searching for a suspect in connection with a Tuesday night shooting in the Goose Creek area. Two warrants have been issued for Sammy McCrae, 37, of 112 Wright Lane, Goose Creek, charging him with attempted murder, according to a BCSO statement released Wednesday afternoon. At about 8 p.m. on Tuesday McCrae was involved in an argument that became physical with a man at 1 Leroy Court. McCrae shot the victim causing injury to his leg, according to BCSO. At that point another man confronted McCrae who shot at him as well then fled from the scene. The second victim was not injure. The first victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment. McCrae is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds.
