Fourniers earn Eagle Scout rank

Jacob Fournier and William Fournier III, of Troop 20 in Mount Pleasant, received their Eagle Scout Awards on May 4. Jacob and William began their scouting trail in the first grade as members of Pack 9 at James B. Edwards.

They received the arrow of light in March 2011 and bridged into Troop 20. They have both held the leadership positions of patrol leader, scribe, troop guide, historian, and librarian. Both are members of The Order of the Arrow, scouting’s National

Honor Society. They are both in the seventh grade at Coastal Christian Prep. and are members of the JV football and basketball teams.
