  • Monday, May 13, 2013

The fourth annual Citadel Lady Bulldogs Football 101 will be held Friday, July 26 from 4:30-9 p.m. at Johnson Hagood Stadium.

Join the Citadel Football coaches wives and the football staff for an evening of football and fun.

There will be a wine and cheese, tea and cookies reception hosted by The Citadel football coaches’ wives. The coaching staff will share their football knowledge, and tours of the training and equipment room will be held. Members of the football team will give a weight room demonstration and participants can take part in an on-field practice and “do your best victory dance.”

There will be a catered supper in the Pearson Club Level Lounge hosted by Kay Higgins, wife of head coach Kevin Higgins followed by after dinner tours of stadium suites and the press box. Participants will go home with goody bags, T-shirts and door prizes.

Admission price includes two free tickets to the opening game, which will be The Citadel vs. Charleston Southern.

Proceeds from the event go to the Athletic Scholarship of The Citadel Football Association (a 501c-3 non-profit corporation).
