A collision on Interstate 26 eastbound near mile marker 177 near Harleyville is delaying traffic heading into the Summerville, Goose Creek and greater Charleston area, according to reports to from drivers.
The collision occurred sometime around 3:45 p.m. Thursday, according to the S.C. Highway Patrol website.
“We're transporting two patients in stable condition to Trident Medical Center,” Dorchester County EMS Director Col. Doug Warren told the Journal Scene at 4:45 p.m.
Two ambulances and a quick response vehicle from St. George responded, according to Warren.
