The Council of Residential Specialists, the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded Stephanie Davis the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation.
Realtors who receive the CRS Designation have completed advanced courses and have met production requirements that demonstrate professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Fewer than 31,000 Realtors nationwide have earned the credential.
“Earning this designation means that I have joined a nationwide group of elite real estate professionals,” said Davis. “I’m excited to see how my clients benefit from the knowledge I’ve gained in the highly specialized CRS training courses.”
Davis is a sales associate with Carolina One Real Estate in Goose Creek. Visit her blog at www.agentinthecreek.com.
