AWR to Sponsor & Participate in the 3rd AnnualGo Red Heart 5k Run and Walk in memory of Robin Seay

AWR has been a proud sponsor of the MUSC Go Red Heart Run and Walk in memory of Charleston Native, Robin Seay, Executive Assistant to AWR CEO, Bill Roberts, for 16 years. Seay passed away from heart failure in 2007. In partnership with MUSC, the event promotes awareness of heart disease as the leading cause of death among women and highlights the importance of living a heart-healthy lifestyle.

AWR has been a proud sponsor of this event since its inception three years ago and we are continuing our Gold Sponsorship level for 2013.

A group of AWR employees participate in the event every year, organized by Seay’s daughter, Nicki Carter, wife of AWR employee Jason Carter. To help support this event further, AWR offering complimentary registration to staff members and reporters who would like to participate.
