Holiday canning class set for Dec. 8

Clemson Extension Service is offering a final canning class of the year on Dec. 8.
“Holiday Gifts from the Kitchen” will take place from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at Cypress Gardens, 3030 Cypress Gardens Road in Moncks Corner. The class will take place in Dean Hall.
Participants will learn and use current USDA tested methods to preserve a jam/jelly product and a relish. Participants will receive a copy of the Ball Blue Book, handouts and items prepared in class.
