William Daniel Nelson of Goose Creek, a retired quality assurance control CEO and vice president of Singer-Link, died Tuesday morning, Nov. 6, 2012 at his residence. He was 88.
Surviving are his wife, Katherine Smith Nelson; three daughters, Kaye Nelson-Walski and her husband, Barry, of Gaithersburg, MD, Kathy Bertolini and her husband, Dave, of Moncks Corner, and Jackie Hinkle of Westminster, MD; a son, Danny “Willie” Nelson and his wife, Rozella, of Goose Creek; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
