Starting Oct. 23, the Berkeley County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a series of forums to help members of the business community ask questions, gain input, and brainstorm ideas for the future of the Berkeley County region.
The idea is to provide opportunities to gather information on what business people believe is important for them and their businesses or organizations, as well as give input regarding what they believe our area needs to concentrate on to move forward.
Representatives from Berkeley County, Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville and BCD Council of Governments with other local government entities will be present at the forums to assist in answering questions on issues and providing information on topics the business community needs in developing a stronger foundation for the future. The events are scheduled as follows:
Thursday, Oct. 25: 9 a.m. Hampton Inn – Summerville 1015 Jockey Court
Tuesday, Oct. 30: 9 a.m.: Berkeley Electric Cooperative, 2 Springhall Drive Goose Creek.
Thursday, Nov. 1: 9 a.m. Holiday Inn Express - Moncks Corner 505 Rembert C. Dennis Blvd. Moncks Corner.
