The Goose Creek Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect wanted for a recently reported financial transaction card fraud.

The suspect made one fraudulent charge for $100 at the Sunoco on North Goose Creek Boulevard.

Four credit and/or debit cards were stolen from a wallet taken at the Coastal Carolina Fair. The suspect attempted to use the cards on Nov. 3 at about 10:20 p.m. at the Goose Creek Wal-Mart, where they were seen on surveillance video.

The suspect attempted to purchase $1,047.00 worth of items but the cards were declined because the victim had contacted the credit card companies to place a stop on the cards, according to a GCPD incident report.

If you have any information regarding this incident, or if you know this individual, please contact Goose Creek Police Department Investigator Micah Fogle at (843) 863-5200 ext. 2334.
